Euchre Card Game

Euchre is a four player trick taking card game where the players play in two teams. Each player sits across the table from his team mate. In each hand played, the trump suit changes, and a large part of the strategy behind Euchre is determining the best suit to choose for trump. The dealer deals each player 5 cards, and then a final card is dealt face up, which is used to help determine trump. Each player has the opportunity to tell the dealer to pick up the card, and then the suit of the card will become the trump suit for that hand. If no player tells the dealer to pick up the card, the player's then have the opportunity to choose any suit as trump. The team that chooses the trump suit will score a single point if they win the hand, and the team that does not choose the trump suit will score two points if they win the hand.
