Cruel Solitaire Instructions

The four aces are removed from the deck and used to start each of the four foundations. The remaining 48 cards are dealt into 12 piles of 4 cards each. The player is only allowed to move the top card in each of these piles. The cards in the piles can be built down by suit, and the foundations must be built up by suit. When the player gets stuck, he can pick up all the cards and redistribute them back into four card piles without shuffeling them.
